We can enhance your shopping experience by helping you obtain as many trade discounts as you wish. Simply shop for your preferred items and send us the invoice (pro forma). We will then contact the supplier to negotiate the best trade discount available, which we will pass directly on to you.

This can benefit you in various ways: either by reducing the overall cost of your loft conversion or by allowing you to stay within the same budget while increasing the quality of the goods you choose. Either way, it’s an advantage you can take advantage of at no extra cost.  Unlike an interior designer, who might take a portion of the discount as a commission for sourcing, we do not charge for this service.

Since you will be sourcing the items and we only need to fill out a form, there is no financial cost to us, nor is there any financial benefit.  However, the relationship and trust we build with you are truly invaluable.
